ABCs & Rice Charity Challenge

1. Assumption of Risk. The ROAR Challenge is a physically demanding obstacle course event involving land and water obstacles, running, climbing, lifting, swimming and other strenuous activity. I understand that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, muscle strain, drowning, collision with obstacles or other participants, and other injury, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Fitness to Participate. I confirm that I am 17 years of age or older, physically fit, and not aware of any medical condition that would prevent me from safely taking part, and that I am participating entirely at my own risk.

3. Release of Liability. I, on behalf of myself, my heirs and legal representatives, release and hold harmless the ROAR Challenge organizers, ABCs & Rice, Siem Reap Wake Park, event sponsors, volunteers, and staff from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with my participation in the event, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Medical Treatment. I consent to receive first aid or emergency medical treatment from event medical staff if required during the event, at my own cost where applicable.

5. Media Consent. I grant the organizers permission to use photographs and video footage taken of me during the event for promotional and social media purposes, without compensation.

6. Team Responsibility. The team captain confirms that they have relayed this waiver to their teammate and that both members agree to these terms upon registration.
